Puzzle Pieces, LLC works as a collaborative practice with a multi-disciplinary team approach including mental health clinicians, speech and language pathologists, and occupational therapists. In addition to our clinical work, we strive to respectfully support families on their journey, provide parent education/coaching and general advocacy. Our clients have a range of pediatric mental health and developmental needs with many of our clinicians specializing in autism spectrum disorders and relationship based approaches to intervention.
Speech and Language Pathologist
Full time Speech Language Pathologist. Candidates with experience with relationship based intervention preferred. Candidates must have full independent licensure plus two or more years experience working with children and families.

Clinical Tasks
- Provide clinical treatment in accordance with best practice, the Puzzle Pieces, LLC family-centered model and ASHA standards (currently telehealth only, will resume to in-person as public health data supports safety).
- Prep materials and plan for individualized clinical sessions.
- Provide assessments and evaluations when needed with proper documentation.
- Educate and coach primary caregivers and educators for optimal carryover.
- Facilitate assigned groups when scheduled.
- Initiate communication across collaterals for best practice collaboration.
- Assist families with community follow up, education planning and accessing supports.
- Complete documentation accurately within one week of the session.
- Report concerns and request support as needed during supervision meetings.
- Attend all practice gatherings, meetings and trainings deemed mandatory for full time staff.
- Attend scheduled clinical supervision meetings weekly
